Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box with all included components, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
